问：如何开立现金账户？

问：如何开立信用账户？

答：可由您所在地区的销售经理建立信用账户，也可以发送电子邮件至credit@marcobeveragesystems.com开立账户。

问：水垢积聚是否属于保修范畴？

答：根据所有餐饮设备制造商的说法，水垢积聚不属于保修范畴。有关建议水源特性的详细信息，见水源规格表。

问：Marco设备的电源有何要求？

答：在美国，2.8kW设备电源要求为单相20Amp，5.6kW设备为单相30Amp。
答：在美国以外，2.8kW设备电源要求为单相13Amp，5.6kW为30Amp，8.4kW为三相48Amp。

问：Marco设备要求采用哪种水管接头？

答：在美国，我们的标准水管接头软管配有3/8 NPT接头。
答：在美国之外，我们的标准水管接头软管要求为¾英寸BSP公螺纹（清洗机式）接头，连接正常的主供水管。建议在此接头上安装截止阀。

问：Marco是否提供设备安装服务？

答：提供。可以报价，且适用于特定场域。
